I think it depends on who you get when you call. If you get someone who's not helpful, just say oh, forget it, I don't want to send it all back and call again. I can't imagine why you should have to send the whole thing back when it's their error. You paid for the whole outfit with an intact necklace. If you didn't get it you have a right to complain. [img]smile.gif[/img]
By the way, I loved your pictures. The horse outfit looks so much cuter than in the catalog. The pants look so soft!
